App Review: Language Empires by Smarty Ears



We were so excited to try out a language app that was made for older students.



We found the app motivating. The students enjoyed the aspect of the video game feel and the ability to earn trophies for their correct responses.

We think the feature of having up to five students with different therapy goals play at the same time is great.

The ability to drag the students icon to the designated land makes the game easy to set up for play.

One of the best features is the ability to choose different levels in several of the lands. Level one through level three play makes it appropriate for a larger section of our student abilities and goal targets.

The ability to go directly to questions using the quick play options is a wonderful feature for quick start up play.

The students remain motivated by seeing which trophies they earned.
